Tell us about your business! Hi there! I’m the proud owner and CEO of Rosebud Consulting HR. With 16 years of HR experience under my belt, I’ve done it all—talent acquisition, management, and everything in between. My real passion lies in employee development, succession planning, and partnering with businesses to create seamless HR processes. Whether you need fractional or project-based support, I’m your go-to!

Why are you advertising on Bet Shalom’s website? As someone deeply connected to the Jewish community, I’m always looking for meaningful ways to engage with others. Advertising here felt like the perfect fit to connect with my network and expand those bonds even further.

How long have you been a member of Bet Shalom? My husband Scott and I joined Bet Shalom in 2010 when we got married, and we’ve been involved ever since! I currently serve on the Youth Engagement and Ritual Committees, and it’s been such a fun experience.

Tell us about your family. I have two incredible boys: Manning (11) and Spencer (8). We also have a Bernedoodle named Nash who’s basically the MVP of our house. And, of course, my husband of 15 years—we met at 18 and have been together ever since.

What do you like to do outside of work and family? Outside of work, I’m a travel enthusiast, an avid gardener (certified Master Gardener through the U of M!), and an unapologetic reality TV junkie. The more absurd, the better—I can’t get enough!

What’s coming up next for you? I’m excited to grow my business and explore new opportunities! On the home front, I’m thrilled to share that my son Manning will celebrate his Bar Mitzvah in May 2027. Lots of exciting things ahead!
