Happy first official week of spring, baby families! It is so great to see all the snow melting, finally. We are so excited to start taking the babies out on walks, like we did Thursday afternoon. The babes loved relaxing in the stroller, taking in the fresh air and seeing the sites. Seeing their faces light up while outside gives us so much joy.
At the beginning of the week, the babies made rain drops using coffee filters and dot dot markers. They loved marking up the while filter with blue marker and then getting it wet so the marker bled throughout the filter. This is always a great opportunity to work on fine motor skills.
Tuesday was a bittersweet day as it was Gus’s last day in the infant room. We are all so excited to see Gus “all grown up” with his new tennis shoes and “big boy” t-shirts. You will certainly be missed, Goose!
The middle of the week came and went, but the babies sure did enjoy music time with Cantor Schwartz. We sang songs about Passover as that is the next holiday coming up. We are looking forward to continue celebrate throughout April.
The babes had a blast working on more fine motor skills by having water play time. Splashing around and playing with toys in water is so much fun and it gets all their senses involved.
We will finish our week with Shabbat, books, playtime and hopefully another walk.
Enjoy the weekend!
