Tzahov Room צהוב (Infants)

Shalom Tzahov families, what a fun week we’ve had. We also look back to a super awesome first month of summer. The babies have grown so much and progressed developmentally in a variety of ways. This week, we witnessed new crawlers, confident walkers, and purposeful communicators. Throughout the month, we observed new sitters, independent eaters, and masters of important fine motor activities.

Some highlights from the week included water play on Monday. The babies loved splashing and creating bubbles in the soapy water.

On Tuesday, the babies explored many textures on scraps of fabric. The patterns were fun to look at and the babes repeatedly pulled them out of the container one by one. It’s amazing how everyday items that we as adults don’t think much about are interesting and exciting to our littles.

Wednesday’s highlight was bubbles- lots and lots of bubbles!

We also had music with the Cantor and did group story time.

The older babes enjoyed playing with the car garage and the house. It’s so fun to see them interact with each other.

We hope you were all amused by seeing the Throwback Thursday photos! We relished the fact that they have grown so much. There are so many great moments we have captured, it was tough to just post one or two! Thursday also brought group music time. The babies were entertained and shook maracas to the beat of the songs. Miss Katie subbed on Thursday afternoon and all of the babies loved reuniting with her!!

Friday brings Shabbat and fun in the big room. We hope you all have a wonderful weekend and for those of you traveling next week for the fourth of July- safe travels!

All our best, Miss Heidi and Miss Sarah
