Rosie Fuqua

Rosie Fuqua, Infant Teacher

Rosie was born in raised in Boulder, Colorado. She began working with children in high school, teaching both dance and religious school to children of all ages. She graduated from Grinnell College with her B.A. in Religious Studies and Theatre &  Dance. While there, Rosie worked as an assistant teacher at the on-campus preschool. Upon graduation, she moved to Rehovot, Israel, where she spent a year providing supplementary English education to Israeli elementary schoolers. When her time in Israel ended, Rosie returned home to her beloved mountains and accepted a teaching position at the Boulder Waldorf Kindergarten. In the summer of 2019, she relocated to Minnesota to pursue her Masters in Early Childhood Education at the University of Minnesota.

Outside of Bet Shalom, Rosie can be found reading, getting outside, and eating breakfast food whenever possible.
