Shalom. שלום
Last week, we saw the letter that in Hebrew makes the “r” sound is ר . The rounded back of the ר helps us to remember that ר makes the “r” sound – rrrr – round.
This week, we have a brand new letter that looks somewhat like the ר but makes a very different sound.
This new letter makes the “d” sound – ד . The letter ד looks like part of a door

To keep the letters straight, remember ר is round, and ד looks like a door.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
שבוע טוב Have a good week.
